From its humble beginnings as The Authentics Club in 2018, our company has overcome significant challenges to become a leading retailer of authentic and rare fashion items. Today, we proudly serve our dedicated customer base from our flagship store in West Edmonton Mall, one of the largest malls in the world, and other retail locations in Alberta and British Columbia. As we continue to grow and prepare for expansion across North America, we are seeking a Customer Happiness Specialist to join our dynamic team.

    Role Summary
    The Customer Happiness Specialist is an integral role at ABco. We believe that customers aren't just transactions; they are our community. Your role as a Customer Happiness Specialist will be to ensure every customer interaction contributes to the growth of this community, fostering the kind of trust and rapport that ABco is known for.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products in-store.
    2. Product Knowledge: Understand our product range and culture thoroughly to guide customers toward making the best choices for their needs and tastes.
    3. Issue Resolution: Address any customer concerns, provide prompt solutions, and follow up to ensure their complete satisfaction.
    4. Community Building: Encourage engagement with our brand, both in-person and on social media platforms, and help cultivate a passionate and loyal customer community.
    5. Sales and Operations: Assist with in-store sales and operations to enhance the customer's overall experience with ABco.

    Qualifications
    1. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to ensure customer happiness.
    2. A strong interest in and knowledge of the streetwear and sneaker market.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
    5. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
